Satisfied or refunded

We take time to fill in as much detail and information as possible on the product sheets to ensure compatibility with your vehicle. If there is any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@ouikeep.fr, we will reply as soon as possible!

If despite this when you receive your products you are not satisfied or because you simply change your mind, you have 15 days to return the product from its receipt.

For returns, please contact us initially by email at retour@ouikeep.fr sharing the references of your purchase(s) and a GNI. You can then return the product to us by sending it at your expense to the address shared by email. Once the product is received, we will acknowledge receipt and proceed with the refund via a bank transfer.
